May I Fall For You, by fraser stewart
The performance of "May I fall for you", took place in De Service Garage in November 2009. The show entitled "Lets Take It Outside" was a group show of the artist who has their studio in De Service Garage.
The performance started two hours before the opening where by I was positioned inside a large cube suspended from the ceiling. As the visitors grew in numbers I crawled to the middle of the cube and began to drill holes in a circle around my position. For fifteen minutes the art viewers of De Service Garage stood to wonder when and what would fall through. The exhibition was an induction to people about my work, giving them both tension and humor.
