Performances of Terry Von Straus began in my final year in Art School while studying for my Bachelors. I performed the piece twice in London, once in Sheffield and once in Leeds. It involved being dressed as an office worker, performing mundane tasks. After several minutes passed I would then produce a handsaw from a suitcase and climb onto a desk. I would then begin the process of cutting the desk into two and falling through.
The work originated from the fear of mundane nine to five living and office jobs.
In London, Act Art 6.

I was invited to do a performance at this show organised by Ollie Salmon.
I was not able to be there as I was else where performing.
Instead Ollie performed my concept, it was interesting to find out how it felt for someone else to perform my work.
