Made directly after PAINTBRUSHHEADMAN, you see the same characters as before in a room with a yellow floor. As one character try to drill holes in buckets above him that are filled with, the more water released the less weight there is in the buckets to push against and the wetter he get. Meanwhile the other character sits in the corner of the room laughing.
